Thousands of entries were submitted for the 2008 Cavit Gourmet Pizza Classic®, but only three recipes made it past the kitchen of Chef Billy of Cooking Light magazine to become the top finalists. The three finalists competed in a cook-off event, held on September 21st at John’s Pizzeria Times Square in NYC.
