Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes (do not brown).
Add chopped spinach and artichokes.
Sprinkle with seasonings (salt, pepper, and garlic powder).
Sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add wine.
Sauté and let the wine soak in.
When the wine is evaporated, spread spinach mixture on top of pre-cooked pizza crust.
Top with thinly sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes (just until the tomatoes are warmed).
Slice and serve with a glass of your favorite Cavit Pinot Grigio or Cabernet Sauvignon!
