Flatten pizza dough according to directions.

In food processor, mix lime juice and zest, garlic, cilantro, salt and jalapeño and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Scrape out and reserve.

In bowl, mix tomatoes, avocado and chipotle with some adobo.

Spread the lime/cilantro/jalapeño spread on the pizza dough.

Top with chicken and cheese and cook as directed with dough.

Remove from oven and top with avocado/tomato mix. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until heated.

Slice and serve with a glass of your favorite Cavit Riesling!
