Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix the wine, salt and pepper and garlic in a bowl. Marinate seafood in mixture for about half an hour.
Toss your dough to fit the size of a large 16" pizza pan (grease the pan lightly and dust with flour). Spread pizza sauce on the dough. Then spread the cheeses evenly over the sauce. Add the artichokes, red peppers, marinated seafood and then the rest of the basil over the top of the pizza.
Place in the center of the oven and check in 7 to 10 minutes to turn the pizza 180 degrees. Let cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. Take from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Slice and serve with a glass of your favorite Cavit Pinot Grigio!
