Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread dough onto lightly-oiled pizza pan or stone. Drizzle with truffle oil. Sprinkle with oregano, parmigiano, provolone, and prosciutto. Arrange ciliegine around edge of pizza dough. Form second ring inside ciliegine with tomatoes. Make ring of pesto within. Place olives in center. Bake until bottom of crust is browned and top is bubbly.
Slice and serve with a glass of your favorite Cavit Pinot Grigio!
