Preheat oven to 400°F

Roll out pizza dough into a round ball and spread edges with your fingers until 10-inch round.

Spoon alfredo sauce on pizza dough.

Top with caramelized onions, grilled chicken, roasted garlic and place dollops of gorgonzola cheese, spreading evenly.

Bake in oven until the crust is bubbly and lightly browned on the bottom.

Remove from oven. Brush crust edges with olive oil and top with pancetta bacon.

Slice and serve with a glass of your favorite Cavit Chardonnay!
