At our Maso, Cavit has developed its own hospitality and research center which works closely with one of Europe's top centers of viticultural research, Istituto Agrario Provinciale at San Michele all'Adige. The Institute partners with local winemakers and growers, of whom the majority are part of Cavit, the region's principal wine producer.

At the international level, the Institute is very much on the cutting edge when it comes to the development of new clonal selections of vines and experimental vineyard management techniques. The Maso serves as a testament to the commitment of Cavit to the future of viticulture in Italy and around the world and is featured on the label as the Cavit symbol of quality.
