Preheat oven to 400˚ F.

In a medium-size saucepan bring salted water to a boil. Add shrimp with shells on, remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Drain, peel and devein shrimp, and set aside.

Roll out pizza dough to a thin crust. Spoon marinara sauce onto surface of dough. Spread minced garlic on top of sauce. Add half the shrimp, then spread half the shredded cheese on top. Add remaining shrimp and coat with remaining shredded cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan. Drizzle lightly with oil.

Bake in oven until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.

Slice and serve with a glass of your favorite Cavit Riesling or Merlot!
