Zeveri takes its name from the word for vats in the traditional dialect of
Trentino. Made from 100% Müller Thurgau from five individual vineyards within
the Trentino region where this grape variety thrives. Intensely aromatic, this
wine blends scents of citrus fruit, sage, elderflower and rose with a hint of
spice. Rich in mineral character, this generously structured white has the capacity
to evolve with a moderate degree of aging.
A wonderful aperitif and an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, such as grilled shrimp and lobster.
