Individual vineyards crus in northern Italy’s Trentino region, each selected on account of their exceptional quality fruit and the singular character of the wines they produce, lie at the heart of the Cavit Crus.This limited collection of boutique wines are grown and vinified under the guidance of Cavit’s lead winemaker, Anselmo Martini. Production of each is extremely limited and in their native Italy, these are regarded as some of the very finest wines made in the Trentino region.
