Bunches of grapes are hand-picked to preserve the distinctive components and aromas that distinguish this wine. After selection, the grapes are fermented “sur lie” (on the skins).
Hints of apple are apparent in its enticing bouquet
with notes of tropical fruit. The complex harmonious and velvety
palate, concludes in a graceful finish of this liquid gold.
Cavit Chardonnay is an excellent companion to hors d’oeuvres, fresh seafood and chicken dishes. Serve well chilled, 54°F.
